The Basics
These terms apply when you use landcruisevacations.com or book a Land Cruise. Land Cruise is presented by the Amish Country Theater and operated as part of the Five Star Group family of businesses in Berlin, Ohio. By booking, you're agreeing to what's below — so give it a quick read. It's shorter than a cruise-ship safety briefing.
Bookings & Payment
- Reservations are completed through our secure registration platforms (register.landcruisevacations.com and our checkout partner, RegFox by Webconnex). The details shown at checkout — dates, pricing, room type, and any options — are part of your booking.
- Your cruise includes what's listed on its cruise page: lodging, the listed meals, shows, and scheduled activities. Personal purchases (souvenirs, merchandise, and anything not listed) are on you.
- Getting to Berlin, Ohio is up to you — once you're here, we handle the rest.
Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
- 60 days or more before check-in: cancel for a full 100% refund.
- Inside 60 days: your booking is non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another traveler for the same cruise date — just call us and we'll update the reservation.
- Optional Vacation Protection Plan: if you add it at booking, your full-refund window extends to 21 days before check-in. Cancel inside 21 days and you'll receive a credit toward a future Land Cruise for your registration cost, minus the $89 flexible-cancellation charge.
- If the cancellation terms shown at your checkout differ for a specific event, the checkout terms govern that booking.
If We Change or Cancel Something
Performers, itineraries, and schedules can change — weather, artist availability, and the occasional runaway buggy are real things. If a listed performer or stop can't make it, we'll substitute a comparable experience; that alone doesn't entitle a refund. If we cancel an entire cruise, you'll get a full refund of what you paid us (we aren't responsible for your travel costs to get here).
Photos & Video
Land Cruises are photographed and filmed, and guests may appear in those photos and videos. By attending, you consent to our reasonable use of that imagery to promote Land Cruise and the Amish Country Theater. If you'd rather not appear, let a crew member know at check-in and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Guest Conduct
Land Cruise is a family-friendly experience. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive to other guests, without a refund. (In ten years of soft serve, it's basically never come up.)
Health & Accessibility
Our cruises involve light walking and motorcoach travel. If you have mobility needs or other accommodations we should plan for, call us before your cruise at (888) 988-7469 — we're glad to help.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Land Cruise and its affiliates aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Third-party venues and vendors visited during a cruise are responsible for their own premises and services.
Our Content
The Land Cruise name, logos, photos, and the contents of this site belong to us or our licensors. Please don't reuse them commercially without permission.
Governing Law & Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. If we update them, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date; the version in effect when you book applies to your booking.
