Land Cruise (landcruisevacations.com) is an all-inclusive vacation experience presented by the Amish Country Theater and operated as part of the Five Star Group family of businesses in Berlin, Ohio. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or book a cruise, and what we do with it.
What We Collect
When you browse this site: not much. We don't require accounts and this site has no sign-up forms. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (things like IP address, browser type, and pages visited) that help us keep the site running and secure.
When you book a cruise: bookings are completed on our secure registration platforms (register.landcruisevacations.com and our checkout partner, RegFox by Webconnex). There you'll provide your name, contact information, lodging preferences, and payment details. Payment is processed by those platforms — we never see or store your full card number.
When you call us: whatever you choose to share with us at (888) 988-7469 so we can help with your reservation.
How We Use It
- To process your booking and coordinate your stay with our lodging partners (Berlin Encore Hotel & Suites and Berlin Resort).
- To contact you about your upcoming cruise — confirmations, schedules, and any changes.
- To send occasional news about upcoming cruises if you've opted in to our emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing won't affect your booking.
What We Share
Your information is shared only with the service providers who make your cruise happen: our registration and payment platforms, our lodging partners, and the provider we use to send emails. We never sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

This website doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Two things to know:

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You can also contact us to ask what information we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted (we may need to keep records tied to a completed transaction).
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
